YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR
CROP MANAGEMENT
YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR CROP MANAGEMENT
Vega 11 is the first monitoring system based on autonomous robotics with machine vision, designed to operate in any type of greenhouse, from more traditional models such as trellis or single-tube and arched structures, to highly technical greenhouses.
Its modular and adaptable design allows the technology to be deployed in real-world settings without the need to alter the existing infrastructure.
Vega 11
Autonomous monitoring robot with computer vision
How it works
Vega 11 moves using a rail-based mobility system installed within the greenhouse structure. This system enables it to traverse the crop above the plants in a stable and automated manner, continuously capturing data at every point on the farm and ensuring complete and uniform coverage of the entire greenhouse.
Designed to operate independently
Vega 11 carries out daily surveys completely autonomously, continuously collecting data on the crop without the need for supervision.
- Guaranteed connectivity for real-time data transmission.
- An automatic charging system using integrated stations, which allows the robot to recharge at the end of each run.
Designed for real-world greenhouse conditions
Designed to operate in the demanding temperature and humidity conditions typical of a greenhouse, ensuring reliable and continuous data collection.
Combined data collection for an in-depth understanding of the crop
Vega 11 integrates cameras and sensors tailored to each farm, combining visual and environmental data to provide a comprehensive overview of the crop. By making strategic stops along the route, it collects data systematically and consistently, enabling the crop’s condition to be analysed with precision and continuity.
GRODI APP:
YOUR TOOL
FOR EVERYDAY USE
All the data captured by Vega 11 is presented in a single interface that allows you to understand, manage and take action on your crop. The Grodi App transforms a continuous stream of data into an operational tool, designed for day-to-day use in the field: clear, accessible and designed to enable quick decision-making without the need to interpret complex data.
An easier way to understand your crop
It brings all your farms together in a single interface, where each greenhouse is represented visually and intuitively. Using colour-coding, maps and easy-to-read charts, it allows you to see at a glance the status of your crops, both at a general level and in detail by area.
- An overview of the status of each property
- Real-time indoor and outdoor weather information
- Colour-coded maps to identify incidents and variability
- Simple charts for analysing developments and trends
Designed to be used, not interpreted
The interface is designed so that any user can start using it straight away, without the need for technical training. The information is presented in a clear, structured and actionable way, facilitating smooth day-to-day decision-making.
Tailored to every way of working
The Grodi App displays relevant information based on the user type and context, making it easier to use in day-to-day operations and facilitating teamwork by allowing access to information about each farm to be shared with different user profiles:
- Agricultural technicians and advisers
- Co-operative teams
- Research teams
It enables decisions to be coordinated, joint monitoring to be carried out, and work to be based on a single, up-to-date source of information.
FEATURES YOU CAN
ENABLE TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
FEATURES YOU CAN ENABLE TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
The Grodi App adapts to each farm by incorporating different layers of crop analysis. Each layer addresses a specific need, but they all work seamlessly together using the same database.
Grodi Aura
Understanding the environment in which your crop grows
It supplements visual data with environmental variables such as temperature, humidity and CO₂, providing an understanding of what is happening in each area of the greenhouse. It offers a microclimatic analysis of the crop, identifying differences between sections and helping to detect imbalances that may be at the root of agronomic problems.
WHAT IT ENABLES
- Area-based environmental monitoring
- Identification of microclimatic variabilitya
- Correlation between growing conditions and crop health
It analyses the condition of each plant to detect pests and diseases at an early stage, before they spread. It enables the precise identification of infection hotspots and allows their progression to be monitored, facilitating faster and more targeted action.
WHAT IT ENABLES
- Early detection of pests and diseases, with the exact location of outbreaks shown on a map of the greenhouse
- Remote access to real-time images of the affected plants to verify the problem
- Monitoring progress following treatment
- Identification of potential pests and diseases based on environmental conditions, including risk levels and visual guides to symptoms
Grodi Sirona

Grodi Osiris
Knowing how much you’re going to produce and when
It converts crop information into quantifiable and actionable production data, enabling more precise planning of harvesting and day-to-day operations. It analyses each plant to measure yield, size and ripeness, facilitating more efficient crop management from the early stages right through to harvest. It has been validated on crops such as peppers, tomatoes, strawberries and courgettes, and can be adapted to new crops in a short space of time.
WHAT IT ENABLES
- Production figures by area and by greenhouse
- Analysis of fruit size and ripeness
- Determining the optimal harvest time
- Plant height maps for detecting anomalies in the early stages of crop growth
- Monitoring crop growth over time
It enables the automated capture and analysis of phenotypic data, generating standardised, comparable and traceable information across large numbers of plants. Using images of entire trays, the system identifies each plant individually, analyses it and classifies it, facilitating the assessment of crop development and decision-making in variety selection and trial processes.
WHAT IT ENABLES
- Comprehensive mapping of trays, with individual identification of each plant and automatic classification by stage of development
- Analysis of growth, vigour and phenotypic variables, including the detection of abnormalities, germination failures and variability within a single batch
- Assessment of uniformity and comparison between plants, trays or rows
- Generation of objective, comparable and scalable data for trials and decision-making
